Diamond Lazy S raises and hand selects premium grass-fed, grain-finished cattle. We take pride in yielding Choice and Choice Plus steaks—delivering the quality of a high-end steakhouse directly to your freezer.

Step 1: Secure Your Share

Select the beef share size that fits your family’s needs (Quarter, Half, or Whole) and choose your preferred harvest date. A deposit is required at checkout to reserve your animal and lock in your date.

Whole Share Deposit- $350

Half Share Deposit-$200

Step 2: Customize Your Cuts

Once your deposit is received, we’ll send you a Customizable Cut Sheet. This is where you take control—tell us exactly how you want your steaks cut, which roasts you prefer, and what size you want your 80/20 ground beef.

*Quarter orders are a standardized cut. You will receive all cuts excluding, tri-tip, and Denver roasts. Your choice of Boneless/Bone- In.

Step 3: Harvest & Processing

On the day of harvest, your beef begins a 10–14 day dry-aging period to enhance tenderness and flavor. At this time, we will send your final invoice, which includes the remaining balance of your beef share plus the "cut and wrap" processing fees.

Step 4: Quality Packaging

Your beef is professionally processed at Siebert Custom Meats. Each cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen according to your specific instructions, ensuring peak freshness for up to a year in your freezer.

Step 5: Pick Up & Enjoy

Once your order is ready, you have 7 days to pick up your beef from Siebert Custom Meats at 19 N Gregg Dr, Goldendale, WA.
