As a reminder, all prices listed on our site are our standard card prices. If you choose to pay your remaining balance in cash at the time of pick-up, you will receive a discount on your order.
Local Pick-Up (Free)
Pick-up is always free at our facility. Once your beef has been processed and aged to perfection, it will be ready for you to take home.
Timeline: Orders are available for pick-up 10–14 days after the harvest date.
Hours: Monday – Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Delivery Options
We understand that hauling a half or whole beef can be a trek. We offer flexible options to help bridge the gap:
Halfway Deliveries: We can schedule "halfway" meet-ups (With in 100 Miles) on Mondays to help reduce your drive time.
Group Pick-Ups: If you have multiple family members or friends who ordered shares at the same time, you can coordinate to pick up all orders at once. One person is welcome to pick up for the whole group!

For Group Pick-ups: Please provide the names of all share-owners in your group so we can have the entire order staged and ready for you.
Pro Tip: Make sure to bring plenty of coolers! A quarter beef typically requires 2–3 large coolers, while a whole beef will require a truck or a large SUV with the seats down.
